Man, so funny. I told somebody about this at work recently and meant to look it up. It made us think of all the Western news/documentaries that will have say an Indian physicist he may have an accent but his FIRST language was English and he he'll be smarter than anybody watching and the subtitles will seem so unnecessary and distracting it makes me wonder if it's meant to be insulting.
