While I was certainly acquainted with the composer's version of this song, even back in the '70s, I always preferred this one. This is the non-airplay version with the otherworldly, trippy extended bridge.

Rick Beato recently categorized MMEB as a 1970s' one-hit wonder. Technically, that might be so, I guess, since 'DooWah...' and 'Might Quinn' were from the 1960s, and sans EB.
