Yesterday, iconic actor Peter Graves died.
While many of us remember him from the '60s and '70s TV series Mission Impossible, for many others he was immortalized for his role as Capt. James Oveur in the comedy spoof Airplane, from 1980.
I have to sheepishly admit to being a bit surprised that James Arness (Gunsmoke's Matt Dillon), Graves' older brother, survives him.
