Can you use hand signals because people use hand signals at me all the time? Or maybe we can still use smoke signals like the Indians!
I think so. It says you can't have interaction with a pet or passenger. Doesn't say anything about other motorists...
Had an Isuzu once that sent out smoke signals until it got to operating temperature. A new cylinder head fixed the problem.
Todd sends smoke signals out of his tailpipe and his car does too!
